It's free and even supports HD resolution screencasts. We recently did this for a test with the upcoming package building for modx and the results are really nice. Just takes a little while to upload and convert (video files get big fast), then it's hosted and free for the world to peruse. No affiliation, just a satisfied user. Hint: for optimal HD-res viewing, click full screen on then click the little button that says "scaling is on" (to turn it off). This makes any text most readable to my eyes.
