alwaysShowTabs bug with yui-ext beta 3

I'm working on a feed-viewer-like app and when i set alwaysShowTabs to false on the center region i have a problem.

basing on the feed viewer, when i open a new tab and close it, the entire region disappear.

there is no problem when alwaysShowTabs is set to true

I can repro with latest beta on FF 1.5. Region has 5 panels, I close 4 and the 5th disappears. It acts differently depending on the close order. If you close in FIFO order, it's OK. If you close LIFO, it fails.

If you can't repro, I'll open up my test site again.
