Toolbar + Menu button in the right top corner & scrolling bars

When toolbar with a menu button is positioned in the north pane in the right top corner and the button is clicked, scrollbars appear in IE6 (see attachments)

This is a known issue way down on the list of priorities. It is on the list though.
